About this product
One day, in person, taught by Sissa Germann. You leave with a structured diagnostic method you can use on a paying client the next morning.
Most color training asks you to trust your eye. This one gives you a protocol: a fixed sequence you run on every client, in the same order, with language to explain the result so the client believes it.
What you leave Los Angeles with
- A fixed diagnostic sequence — value, then chroma, then temperature
- Personal contrast assessed against a scale, not estimated
- A repeatable draping protocol you can narrate out loud while you work
- The 12-season expanded framework, gap seasons included
- A way to read neutral undertones instead of guessing at them
- Words for the consultation itself — how to deliver a result, and what to do when a client disagrees with it
How the day runs
Nine in the morning to seven at night, in four blocks. The morning covers the color dimensions and the 12-season method, then color psychology and the seven style archetypes. The afternoon is practical: group case studies on real faces, then full draping demonstrations from Sissa and guided practice on each other, corrected as you go. The day closes with questions, the certification pathway, and your certificate.
Who sits in this room
No previous certification required, and advanced professionals are welcome. Roughly half of every class is already working with clients and wants a system they can defend. The other half is starting out and would rather start properly.
- Image consultants and personal stylists
- Makeup artists and hair professionals
- Fashion entrepreneurs and retail buyers
- Beginners building a color practice from scratch
Where this leads
Level 1 is the first of three. Each level builds on the one before it, and the professional badge is awarded on approval rather than on attendance — you can sit every level, but the stamp is earned.
- Level 1 — this class. The diagnostic system and the draping protocol, plus your Level 1 certificate at the end of the day.
- Level 2 — February 2, 9:30am to 1:30pm. A four-hour morning on pattern, hair and beauty, worked on a model we provide, capped at four students. You can add it to this booking at checkout and save 5%.
- Level 3 — Hair Match Method™. Color analysis and hair color, finally speaking the same language. The first specialization class, in New York on January 27, 2027. Level 1 is the only prerequisite, so you can go straight there.
Who teaches it
Sissa Germann has taught image professionals across the United States, Brazil and Europe, refining a seasonal system built for real consultations rather than textbook faces — a broad range of skin tones, undertones and contrast levels. She teaches every in-person class herself. When you call a drape wrong, it is Sissa who tells you why.
