Digital products, certification materials, and online workshops:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Are licensed for individual use only

  • May not be copied, distributed, shared, or resold

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products and workshops are non-refundable.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected reseller activity.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store full credit card information.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes (unless explicitly stated)

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
