Where do orders ship from?
Tools and kits ship from our United States warehouse. Orders to Canada and Mexico travel as international shipments — duties and taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not included at checkout.
I am outside the United States, Canada or Mexico.

How do I book a color analysis?
Through the consultant, not through us. Every consultant on the consultants page takes her own bookings by email, and the packages on that page show what each session includes.
Which class should I start with?
Level 1 — the in-person day. The certification pathway lays out every level in order, and the class list on the home page shows the next dates and cities.
