RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original tags, materials, and components must be included

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Drops de Cor, LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to issue store credit at our discretion in certain circumstances.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • If packaging arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photos.

We may require photographic evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable materials
  • Online workshops
  • Online and In-Person certification Courses
  • Virtual consultations
  • Gift cards

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with all relevant documentation, including delivery confirmation and customer communication.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

For In Person Courses

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To provide clarity and fairness to all participants, please read our in-person course cancellation policy carefully:

General Policy

  • All course fees for in-person classes are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Transfer your spot to another participant, or
  • Request a one-time credit to apply toward a future course of equal value, subject to availability.

You must notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date to be eligible for a transfer or credit.

Illness & Emergencies

If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We may request proof of illness (such as a doctor’s note) to approve a reschedule or credit.
  • No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the course fee.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
